      01 Law

      EAA - it's not a recommendation, it's legal obligation

The European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) was implemented into Polish law by the Act of 26 April 2024. It applies from 28 June 2025 – and there is no appeal. Non-compliant websites may be blocked by the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE).

      WCAG 2.1 Level AA

The standard required by EAA – 50 success criteria in 4 principles: perceptibility, functionality, understandability, robustness.

      02 · Effects

What happens if you won't do anything

The worst aren't the administrative fines (though they are severe). The worst are class action lawsuits from users with disabilities—there are precedents in the EU with compensation awards running into the hundreds of thousands of euros.

      • Kary administracyjne do 10% rocznego obrotu
      • Nakaz wycofania usługi z rynku
      • Pozwy cywilne o odszkodowanie
      • Wykluczenie z przetargów publicznych

      Real risk

The Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) is conducting its first inspections. The inspectorate has already announced random audits of e-commerce sites starting in Q4 2025.

      03 · Solution

What really needs to be done to sleep soundly

Accessibility isn't an overlay ("a widget with all caps" doesn't fix anything). It's a process: audit → prioritization → implementation → validation → accessibility declaration. We help you navigate this process without stress.

      • Audyt zgodności z WCAG 2.1 AA
      • Plan napraw z priorytetami i kosztami
      • Wdrożenie poprawek na Twojej stronie
      • Deklaracja dostępności + monitoring

      Full process

From the first conversation to the certificate of compliance - on average 4-8 weeks for a standard company website.
