Care tailored to Your page type
Three situations where monthly WordPress administration pays off the fastest.
Companies and business cards
The website you don't want to touch. We take care of updates, backups, and security—you take care of your customers.
Online stores
Every minute of downtime means lost orders. 24/7 monitoring, hot fixes, and frequent backups keep sales moving.
Marketing and Owners
Don't have a programmer on hand? We'll be your technical team—from minor changes to emergency response.
Sound familiar?
What is it most often? they are reporting companies
Situations that usually end with a nervous phone call saying "the website is down." If even one of these sounds like your day, monthly care solves it once and for all.
The website went down at the worst possible moment
In the middle of a campaign or a season – and you find out about it from your customers, not from yourself.
Avalanche of updates
WordPress keeps asking for more updates, and you don't know which ones to click and whether they will break something.
Spam and signs of hacking
Strange entries, redirects, Google report - site hacked because plugins were outdated.
Slow charging
The website is sluggish, customers are leaving before it loads, and Google results are plummeting.
No backup
Something goes wrong and it turns out there's nothing to restore to - or the last backup is six months old.
There's simply no time
You run a business, not a website. Technicalities eat up evenings you'd rather not spend.

Website maintenance and administration isn't just about "clicking and updating." It's about 6 areas of work that together make up a secure, fast, and reliable WordPress website.
WP Updates
Core, themes, plugins - tested in a staging environment before going into production. No "broken" plugins after updates.
Backups
Daily automatic database and file backups, 30-day retention, and offsite copies. In the event of a failure, restore in 15 minutes.
Wordfence + audit
Security plugins, intrusion monitoring, IP blocking, captcha. Quarterly vulnerability audit.
Optimization
Cache, image compression (WebP/AVIF), lazy loading, database optimization, Core Web Vitals. The site loads like new.
Uptime 24/7
Checks every 5 minutes, SMS/email alerts when the site goes down. SSL, certificates, DNS—everything under control.
Minor changes
Adding content, exchanging photos, making graphic corrections. Email or Slack – we respond within 24 business hours.
Start without waiting
What's happening in first week
Before we issue your first invoice, your website is already secured. Concrete steps, not promises.
Technical acquisition audit
Plugin, theme, configuration, and known vulnerabilities are reviewed. You receive a written report.
Backup configuration
We enable automatic backups with an offsite copy and test the restore in the staging environment.
Security implementation
Installing and configuring Wordfence, IP blocks, and login rules for your website.
First secure updates
Core, theme and plugins updated first on the copy, only then on production.
Uptime and SSL monitoring
We connect the website to 24/7 monitoring with alarms and certificate and DNS control.
Contact channel and SLA
We establish a reporting path (email / Slack) and confirm the response times specified in the contract.
How do we start
Four steps to peace
From first contact to complete care – no chaos, no technical jargon, and no surprises on your invoice.
Free audit
A 30-minute conversation and a review of your current website. We'll be upfront about what's working and what needs attention.
Package pricing
We tailor the level of care to your website and budget. No hidden costs, no annual contract.
Technical takeover
The first month is an acquisition audit – we check plugins, configuration, and vulnerabilities.
Peaceful care
Updates, backups, monitoring, and support run in the background. You get back to business.
Difference
WordPress alone vs. under care
What actually changes in the daily life of a site when someone is working on it on a daily basis?
Without care
- Updates "when you remember" - or not at all
- No backup on the day of the failure
- Security holes go unpatched for months
- The website is down and no one knows about it
- Every change is a search for "someone from the other side"
With the care of Websky
- Updates tested on staging at a constant rhythm
- Daily backups with fast restore
- Vulnerability monitoring and blocking of intrusion attempts
- 24/7 alarm whenever something goes wrong
- Minor changes per email
Our workshop
Tools on which we are working
Proven plugins and services that keep your WordPress running smoothly, regardless of your hosting.
Why Websky
Care without hooks
Specifics that distinguish us from "a package on a price list that no one remembers about after signing."
No one-year contracts
Month-to-month billing, one-month notice for resignation. You stay because you want to—not because you have to.
Fair Rate for Changes
We quote 150 PLN/hour for larger jobs—not 250+ like many of our competitors. You see what you pay for.
WordPress Specialization
WordPress and WooCommerce are our bread and butter. Narrow, but really good.
Staging before updating
Test on a copy first, then produce. No more "broken" plugins after updates.
Zero blocking upon departure
When you cancel, you receive a complete set of backups and documentation. The website remains yours.
Response in hours
Real SLAs built into the contract—from 1 hour for stores to 24 hours for the Light package. Black and white.
Full transparency
The report you get every month
No "trust us, we work." At the end of each month, you get a summary of what we've done—in black and white.
- Updates performed and their status
- Number of backups performed
- Security Events and Blocked Attempts
- Support hours used per month
Service Level Agreement
What exactly we promise
In plain English: how quickly we respond to various situations. The SLA is part of the contract. If exceeded, a discount is provided for the following month.

| Critical security flaw | 24h | 8h | 2h |

| Restoring from backup | 2h | 1h | 15 min |
| First reply | 24h work | 8 hours work | 4h (24/7) |
Honestly
What care does not include
To avoid misunderstandings, we price these things separately (usually PLN 150/hour) or implement them as a dedicated project.
Creating content from scratch
Copywriting, text writing, and photo shoots are included. Minor edits to existing content are included.
New subpages and modules
Expanding functionality or designing a new section is a separate project, not a "minor change".
Advertising and SEO campaigns
Google Ads, SEO activities, or social media are a different service – we are happy to recommend trusted partners.
Migrations and redesigns
A complete change of graphic design or a switch to another system is priced individually.
Opinions
What do they say? companies under the care of
Briefly about how everyday life changes when the website is no longer your problem.
They took over the website from the previous agency without any stress. For the first time, I have peace of mind—updates, backups, and monitoring simply happen in the background.
I submit minor changes to the website in one email and they're done the next day. No more searching for a "website expert" every time.
The site loads much faster than before, and I finally don't have to worry about updates. A clear SLA gives me the feeling that someone is actually keeping an eye on things.
FAQ
The most common questions
What we most often discuss with clients before purchasing care.
NO — We support WordPress on any hosting provider (Cyber Folks, MyDevil, OVH, home.pl, Mikrus). All you need is FTP/SFTP access and admin panel credentials. We sometimes recommend migration if your current hosting is underperforming—but that's the client's choice.
Most of the websites we manage are created by someone else. The first month is "technical audit of the acquisition" — we check what's inside, what plugins are installed, and whether there are any vulnerabilities. Then, the usual monthly maintenance.
Minor changes: adding news, replacing photos, correcting text, adding a product, minor graphical adjustments, adjusting the menu. Larger projects (new subpage, new module) we price separately - the rate is PLN 150/h, not PLN 250+ like the competition.
Yes, at any timeSeason = E-commerce, after the season you're downgraded to Standard. No penalties, no addendums. Let us know, and we'll change it starting next season.
1 month notice. Before leaving, you receive complete set of backups + documentationWe don't block access or delete configurations - we just pass the page back.
Mainly WordPress + WooCommerce — we're the specialists here. PrestaShop, Joomla, Drupal — no. Static pages (HTML/CSS) — yes, although rarely anyone has them.
