01Can I order just one service or does it have to be a package?Process
Each service works independently. There's no "one-size-fits-all" package—you only get what you actually need. Often, clients start with one thing (e.g., the website itself) and return for more (SEO, administration) once they see it's working.
02What does the first conversation look like – do I pay for the consultation?Process
The first 30-minute call is free. Online (Google Meet/Teams) or in person in Poznań. We ask specific questions about your business, goals, and budget—no creative PowerPoint presentations. After the call, you'll receive a quote with a scope within 24 hours.
03Do you only work with companies from Poznań?Process
Our studio is located in Poznań, but we serve clients from all over Poland. All meetings are held online—if you prefer in person, we invite you to visit us. Currently, approximately 65% of our projects are for clients outside of Greater Poland.
04How do you issue invoices and what does payment look like?Price-list
We issue VAT invoices (NIP 9721368456). Payment is typically split into 2-3 installments: a 30% deposit at launch, 40% upon project approval, and the remainder upon publication. For projects over PLN 20,000, we negotiate the schedule individually.
05Are prices fixed or negotiable?Price-list
The "from" amounts in the price list are realistic minimums for small projects. After the brief, you receive a specific amount with a breakdown. There are no hidden costs: if anything is beyond the scope, we'll tell you before we start work.
06What if an error or change in requirements occurs after implementation?Support
Every project comes with a 30-day revision guarantee included in the price—we fix errors, finalize details, and polish the project free of charge. After this period, changes are priced hourly or as part of an administration package (from PLN 299/month, including 2 hours of minor revisions).
07Do you respond quickly in the event of a breakdown?Support
Customers on the administration package (from PLN 299/month) receive a response time of up to 4 business hours in the event of a failure (website offline, 500 error, attack). Without the package, we respond as slots become available, usually the same day, but without a guaranteed SLA.
08Who do I actually work with – do I have a project manager?Team
You work directly with me (Adrian Kamiński, founder of Websky Studio). No salesperson in the middle, no project manager "on the fly." I'm both a designer and developer—which means no "dumb phone calls" between departments and faster decisions.
