Priced separately: hosting and domain (from an external provider), stock photos or photo session, copywriting of larger content, integration with ERP/CRM and long-term support after implementation.

06 Can I get funding for a new website?

We are a beneficiary of ESF+ funding for the Poznań Public Employment Agency ourselves, so we know what it's like inside and out. We help clients identify active programs (FENG, KPO, regional funds) and prepare technical documentation. Details are available on the website. Funding.

07 Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes - we issue a quote for every order VAT invoice (NIP 9721368456). You can deduct the entire cost of your website or online store from your business's tax-deductible expenses. You'll receive an invoice via email in PDF format.

08 What does the final price of a website depend on?

The pricing is primarily influenced by: the number of subpages, the degree of individuality of the project (ready-made template vs. design from scratch), the required features (forms, reservations, payments, multilingualism), whether you provide ready-made content and photos, and integration with external systems.

That's why we always start with a brief - so that the price reflects the real scope of work, not a "fork from the ceiling".

02 Implementation

Implementation and deadlines

What exactly happens from the moment of ordering to the publication of the website and how long does it take?

01 How long does it take to complete a project?

Business card: 21 days. Standard company website: 30 days. Premium website: 45 days. WooCommerce Store: 30–45 days. B2B platform with ERP integrations: 60–90 days.

We count the deadline from the acceptance of the mockups and the delivery of the content. The most common "holdback" is a lack of materials on the client's end—the sooner we receive them, the sooner we can finish.

02 What does the website creation process look like step by step?

We work in seven transparent steps – you know what's happening at every stage:

1Brief and quote – we learn about the goal, industry and competition.
2Contract and advance payment – clear scope, deadline and amount.
3Graphic design (mockup) for your approval.
4Coding and implementation on WordPress.
5Content and SEO optimization.
6Device testing and your final approval.
7Publication, training and 30 day warranty.
03 What do I need to prepare on my end?

Most often: a logo (preferably in vector format), a description of your services or products, photos (if you have them), contact information, a link to Google Maps, and reference materials. Don't panic—if something's missing, we'll advise you on how to prepare it, or we can help you outsource copywriting and a photo shoot.

04 How many corrections can I submit?

Standard: two rounds of graphic design corrections and one round for the implemented website (before publication). Minor text corrections and content additions are always welcome. Major structural changes after design approval are priced separately.

05 What if I don't like the design?

We will show you the sketches before We'll start programming. You'll approve the initial direction after the first week—after that, we just work out the details. The deposit is non-refundable, but after years of projects, we've never had a situation where "the client doesn't want any of our proposals."

06 Can I order just the graphic design without coding?

Yes. We also handle the graphic design (UI/UX) of the website in Figma, with ready-made mockups that any developer can implement. It also works the other way around: if you have a ready-made design from a graphic designer, we'll code it ourselves in WordPress.

07 Will you migrate my old website to the new one?

Yes - we are carrying out migration Content, images, and (crucial for SEO) URLs. We set up 301 redirects to avoid losing your earned Google rankings. Migrating from Wix, Joomla, old WordPress, or static HTML is routine for us.

03 Technology

Technology and platforms

What we build websites on, why WordPress beats builders, and how we ensure speed and integration.

01 Why WordPress and not Wix or Webflow?

WordPress is the engine behind approximately 43% of all websites in the world — proven, open, and with a huge plugin ecosystem. Wizards like Wix or Webflow are convenient for starting, but they lock you into their subscription and make it difficult to export once the project grows.

On WordPress you have full ownership of code and data, free hosting, and no vendor lock-in. The same CMS scales from a simple business card to an extensive online store and B2B platform.

02 Do you provide hosting and domain?

We do not resell hosting - we advise proven suppliers: cyberFolks, mydevil, Hostido, SeoHost, and for larger projects OVH. Thanks to this, the invoice goes directly to you, you have full control over the infrastructure and you are not dependent on us.

We help you choose the right plan, connect your domain, and safely deploy your website on a production server.

03 Will the site work well on a phone?

Yes - we design every page mobile-first and fully responsive (RWD)We test it on real devices: Android phones, iPhones, tablets, and large 4K screens.

This is also important for SEO: Google indexes websites in mobile-first, so the mobile version has a real impact on search engine positions.

04 Will I be able to edit the website myself?

Yes. Editing texts, photos, prices and adding blog entries you manage it yourself from the WordPress panel - without knowing the code. After implementation, you get one-hour video training and PDF cheat sheet.

It's better to leave major structural changes or new modules to us - that's what technical support and post-implementation support are for.

05 What WordPress plugins do you use?

We rely on a proven, lightweight set: block editor or Elementor to the system, Rank Math for SEO, WooCommerce to the store, Contact Form 7 / WPForms to forms and WP Rocket for cache and optimization.

We consciously avoid "plug-ins" - the fewer plug-ins, the better faster and safer siteWe install each one for a specific reason, not as a spare.

06 Will the site be fast? What about Core Web Vitals?

Speed is our standard. We use WebP images, cache, lazy loading and minification code so that the website loads quickly and performs well in PageSpeed Insights.

We are keeping an eye on Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) — this is an official Google ranking factor. A fast website not only means better SEO but also more customers who don't skip loading.

07 Will you integrate the website with an external system?

Yes, integration is our specialty. We connect payments (Przelewy24, PayU, Stripe, BLIK), couriers and logistics (InPost, Van, BaseLinker), ERP systems (Subiekt GT, Comarch Optima) and marketing (MailerLite, Mailchimp).

We connect the store with Allegro and other marketplaces, and when necessary — we connect everything through dedicated APIIf the system has documentation, we can most likely integrate it.

04 SEO

SEO and visibility

What can you realistically expect from Google search engine - honestly, without promises of "first place in a week".

01 Will the website appear on Google immediately?

Indexing usually takes 1-14 days from the start - we speed it up with manual reporting in Google Search ConsoleThis means that the page will start to be visible for phrases with your name.

On competitive phrases real positions build up in 3–9 months systematic actions. Publication alone is not enough – regular content development and optimization are crucial.

02 What is an SEO audit and how much does it cost?

SEO audit is site diagnosis: technical analysis, content analysis, keyword analysis, link profile analysis, and competition analysis. It pinpoints what's blocking growth and where to start. SEO audit: from PLN 800 net.

We use, among others: Senuto and Google Search Console, and you receive the conclusions in the form of a clear report with a list of priorities - even if you carry out further activities on your own.

03 How much does ongoing SEO care cost?

Local SEO (one city, e.g. Poznań): from PLN 800/month net. Nationwide or in-store SEO online: from PLN 1,500/month netWe tailor the scope to the industry and competition.

Every month you get progress report (Senuto, Search Console) - see what you're paying for and how your rankings and traffic are growing.

04 Do you guarantee positions for specific phrases?

No – and we discourage anyone who promises it. No honest SEO agency will guarantee a specific position, because the Google algorithm is a black box, and the results are also influenced by the actions of competitors.

We guarantee that solid work and measurable progress — monthly reports from Senuto and Search Console show real increases in visibility, not empty declarations.

05 Will you take care of local SEO and Google Company Profile?

Yes. For companies operating locally, we configure and optimize Google Business Profile (formerly Google Business Card), we add data NAP (name, address, telephone number) and structured data so that the company appears in maps and local results.

We focus on phrases with local intent, such as "websites Poznań" - these attract customers from your area.

06 Do blogs and content really help with SEO?

Definitely yes. Valuable content is the fuel of SEO — they answer real customer questions, build positioning for long-tail phrases and give Google a reason to visit your website more often.

We advise on topics based on data from Senuto and analysis of queries, and if necessary, we will prepare SEO-optimized texts for you.

05 Graphics

Graphics and content

Logos, photos, texts, print materials and language versions – everything that fills the page.

02 What about photos – do you provide graphics?

They look the best authentic, own photos — if you have them, great. If not, we'll find some stock photos from legal sources or we will help you organize a photo session.

We prepare all graphics in the following format: WebP and we optimize for loading speed - without losing quality.

03 Do you write texts for the website (copywriting)?

Yes - we are preparing SEO-optimized content: service descriptions, offer subpages, homepage texts, and blog posts. We write in the language of benefits, but naturally, with the reader and search engine in mind.

If you'd prefer to provide your own texts, that's also great. We'll edit them and refine them for keywords.

04 Will you prepare materials for printing?

Yes. As publishing graphic designer we will prepare business cards, leaflets, posters, banners, roll-ups and catalogs — in print-ready files (CMYK, bleeds, appropriate resolution).

It's a natural complement to the website: a single identity works consistently both online and in printed materials.

05 Will you make the site multilingual?

Yes - pages multilingual we build on proven plugins (e.g. WPML or Polylang), with correct markup hreflangso that Google serves the correct language version in the correct country.

Multilingualism is included in the package premium (from PLN 5,000 net); you can provide the translations yourself or we will help you organize them.

06 Security

Safety and law

GDPR, SSL certificate, backups, WCAG accessibility and who owns the finished website.

01 Will the website be GDPR compliant?

Yes. We implement it as standard in every project. cookie consent banner, privacy policy and GDPR clauses on forms, and we collect contact data in accordance with the principle of minimization.

We are not a law firm, but we provide correct technical base and we suggest what is worth consulting with a lawyer in specific industries.

02 Will the website have an SSL certificate (https)?

Of course - SSL certificate (padlock and https) is an absolute must todayWe configure it upon deployment; it's available for free from most recommended hosting providers (Let's Encrypt).

SSL protects user data, builds trust and is Google ranking factor — a site without https is marked as "not secure".

03 How do you ensure website security?

We base security on several layers: regular WordPress, theme, and plugin updates, backups, strong passwords and limiting the number of plugins to the minimum necessary.

Within the framework web administration (from PLN 299/month) we take it upon ourselves - we monitor the website, make backups and react before a minor problem becomes a failure.

04 Will the website meet accessibility requirements (WCAG)?

We design with you in mind digital accessibility (WCAG): appropriate contrast, legible typography, alternative descriptions of photos (alt), correct heading structure and keyboard navigation.

This is important not only for people with disabilities but also for SEO—organized, accessible code is better understood by Google. We determine full compliance at the required level on a case-by-case basis.

05 Who owns the website after it has been completed?

Yours — 100%. Once the project is settled, we provide full access to the WordPress dashboard, hosting, domain, and code. There's no dependency on us and no hidden licenses.

This is one of the biggest advantages of WordPress over builders: the code and data belong to you and you can move them elsewhere at any time.

07 Care

Maintenance and care

What happens after launch: warranty, updates, backups and future expansion.

01 What happens after implementation - do you abandon the site?

No. After takeoff you have 30-day warranty for technical corrections - free of charge. Then you decide: you stay with us in the model web administration, you take care of SEO, or you work on your own.

We don't disappear without a trace - if in six months you want to add or improve something, just let us know.

02 What does web administration include and how much does it cost?

This is an option for people who want peace of mind and the assurance that the website is updated and secure – without having to deal with the technicalities themselves.

03 How long is the website warranty?

Each project includes 30-day rework warranty from the moment of publication. During this time, we will correct technical errors and shortcomings resulting from the implementation free of charge.

The guarantee covers the correct operation of what we have done – new functions or changes to the scope are separate, priced orders.

04 What if the website suddenly stops working?

Don't panic - that's what they're for backups. We include clients in the administration package priority support: we diagnose the cause and, if necessary, restore the website from a backup.

If you don't have permanent care, we'll also help - subject to availability, on a pay-per-hour basis.

05 Can the website be expanded in the future?

Yes, that's one of the main advantages of WordPress. You develop your website modular: you add new subpages, a blog, a store, a reservation system or further integrations as the company grows.

We build with the future in mind, so start with a business card and then scale for a large website does not require rewriting everything from scratch.
